Minutes of Conference Call to Plan Diligence by Mickey Thompson

Minutes (12.22.22) – Northern Oaks Meeting are below. Please correct, edit, add, etc. as you see fit.

Atwell Deliverables:

  1. Site Plan version 1 to be delivered by mid-January
  2. Updated Schedule showing path to shovel ready status
  3. Full list of fees associated with the project
  4. Full list of Bonds
  5. Full schedule of permits/approvals necessary for shovel ready status
  6. List of 3rd Party Services/Surveys – denoted if necessary for site plan approval
    1. Traffic Study (methodology approved with 250 TH included as Phase 1; submission expected around end of January)
    2. Arborist Report (tree count performed)
    3. Geotech Full (scattered Geotech performed)
    4. Full Species Environmental Report
  7. Setting up preapp meeting with the City of Ocala (SJRWMD preapp has already occurred, notes to be shared with group by Damon).

 Burkentine Deliverables:

  1. Landscape Architect Procurement (RVi proposal in hand)
  2. Floorplates to Atwell for site plan production (again, site plan expected in mid-January)
  3. Mickey mentioned he would share notes on Burkentine amenities to Damon at Atwell to provide color on what may be included

SWC Deliverables:

  1. None noted, but we stand ready to support.

 

General Notes:

  1. Patrick, was left off from Burkentine Team and Tommy mentioned he was not needed yet but figured I would make note in the event you want to share the above notes with him.
  2. It was discussed that the sharing of open space, retainage, and other required factors would be accommodated in a joint effort, so long as neither party (Burkentine nor SWC) is sacrificing what it contracted for.
