Burkentine Deliverables

  1. Complete title examination and share with all team members.
  2. Continue search for Landscape Architect.
  3. Review and confirm traffic study costs and proposal in dropbox so ongoing costs can be borne by Burkentine.

Precipice Properties

  1. RW to handle building permit fee schedule with in person visit to building department in City of Ocala.

SWC Deliverables

 

Atwell Deliverables

  1. Damon is confirming the preapp meeting for 1/18 (RM, AS, RW, DP will all attend in person if possible).
  2. Compile tap fees and treee mitigation fee schedule, in addiiton to the feasibility study/other info previously requested).
  3. Meeting with county staff to investigate if any approvals regarding the project are necessary, including traffic study and connection to 42nd street (a county road).
  4. Share title examination from Burkentine with surveyors to ensure there is no additional survey work needed for Burketine’s Phase 1. The current survey work was completed to the City of Ocala standards so there is no additional work needed for site plan approval. I would recommend any survey updates necessary be handled by Atwell with their in house survey department as there should be no need for additional work out in the field.
