All, please see below meeting minutes for 2/9/2023 regarding Northern Oaks Phase I (aka: The Stables).

Atwell Deliverables:
- Send out sketch of water/sewer service layout (already distributed by Damon)
- Complete fire safety system design and service hookups (waiting on Burkentine for MEP and driveway orientation input, respectively)
- Checking into the well on site to see if it can be used for on site irrigation
RVi Deliverables:
- Prepare landscape plan/amenities for the 2/28/23 site plan submission (waiting on clubhouse details from Burkentine)
Burkentine/Precipice Properties Deliverables:
- Determine if driveways can be “flipped”, which will determine how the service lines are laid out
- Provide MEP to Atwell for fire safety/sprinklers (i.e., line sizing)
- Determine the number of garbage compactors for phase I (8 yard limitation)
- Approve Kittelson lateset TIA for submission to Marion County
- Provide clubhouse design to RVi
SWC Deliverables:
- Ensure TIA is submitted after approval from Burkentine
General Notes:
- Name change to “The Stables”
- RVi and Atwell both on track for 2/28/23 submission of site plan
- Construction entrance and main entrance can be accomodated by NE 35th st.
- Fire systems are currently designed with
- Updated the team on the TIA, which will be reviewed individually
- TIA will be presented by Kittelson to the County with recommendation for no improvement requirements
