Thanks for your call. I reviewed the proposal and have reduced what we can to hopefully help out a little bit. See attached proposal for your review.
For transparency, we removed the LOMR task and added FEMA permitting to the list of additional services as this may or may not be needed depending on the site layout. We also reduced tasks 1-3 to a total of $700 per lot (down from $760). Overall the fee came down from $242,800 to $218,000.
