- David Gastel is working on the concept plan, still scheduled to be provided by mid-January
- Damon is working on providing the schedule for entitlements, approvals, fees, and bonds
- Damon to schedule pre-application meeting with the City of Ocala to take place in approximately 3-4 weeks. (SWC, Richard, and members of the Burkentine team likely to attend in person. Richard unable to attend the week of 1/9-1/12)
